Exterior Painting
Weather-tough exterior coatings that protect the building and lift its curb appeal.
Why it matters
Exterior paint is your building's first line of defence against rain, sun, and temperature swings. We wash, scrape, prime bare and problem areas, and apply coatings rated for the West Coast climate so the finish lasts, not just looks good on day one.
Whether it's a house, a fence line, or a commercial storefront, we handle the access, the prep, and the clean-up — and flag anything (like wood rot) that should be fixed before paint goes on.
For homes: Pairs well with a pre-listing refresh when you're getting a home market-ready.
For businesses: Storefronts, multi-unit buildings, and exterior metal structures included.

It's free and by visit. We assess the siding, access, and any problem areas in person, then send a written, no-obligation price — exteriors vary too much for an online estimate.
Spring through fall is ideal on the West Coast. We watch the forecast and only coat surfaces that are dry and within the temperature range the paint is rated for, so the finish bonds properly.
A typical house is several days — washing and drying, scraping and priming, then finish coats. Weather can extend the schedule, and we'll keep you posted if it does.
We pressure wash, scrape loose paint, sand, and prime bare and problem areas. If we find wood rot or other damage, we flag it before paint goes on rather than covering it up.
Yes. We bring the ladders and equipment for the height involved, protect landscaping and walkways, and clear the site at the end of each day.
