Common questions
We don’t publish prices, because every job differs in surface condition, area, and the coatings that suit it. Instead we visit, look at the actual walls, and give you a clear, free, written quote with no obligation. Use Get a free quote in the header to start a short guided request, and a Brush estimator will arrange the visit.
Yes. We handle interior painting — walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and whole-home repaints — and exterior painting on siding, stucco, fascia, soffits, fences, and storefronts, using coatings rated for the West Coast climate.
Yes. Before any colour goes up we cover and protect your floors and furniture, move what we can safely move, and mask off everything that isn’t being painted. At the end of each day we keep the site tidy, and when the job is done we remove our protection and leave the space cleaner than we found it.
Prep is the part that makes a paint job last. We fill holes and cracks, sand smooth, caulk gaps, clean the surface, and spot-prime bare or stained areas so coatings bond properly rather than crack or peel later. Most prep is included with our painting work, and we can also handle prep & repair as a standalone fix.
Yes. For interiors we use hard-wearing low-odour, low-VOC coatings as standard — a good fit for occupied homes, clinics, and workplaces where smell and air quality matter. For spaces with extra requirements, like a family clinic or a nursery, tell us at the quote visit and we’ll specify accordingly.
Yes. We set up recurring touch-up and turnover schedules for property managers, strata councils, rentals, and busy commercial spaces — one accountable crew, predictable scheduling, and a standing scope so common areas and units always show well without chasing quotes each time.
We serve Greater Vancouver & the Lower Mainland, BC. If you’re just outside that area, get in touch and we’ll let you know whether we can help.
On the West Coast, exterior painting is best in the drier, milder stretch from late spring through early autumn, when surfaces stay dry and temperatures sit in the range coatings need to cure properly. We watch the forecast and schedule around the weather so the finish goes on in the right conditions — and we’ll happily book the visit and quote any time of year.
